Taste Fresno’s 2011 Tri-Tip Cook-Off was held this Saturday at The San Joaquin River Parkway and Conservation Trust to a sold-out crowd! Attendees enjoyed the perfect weather with fifteen different tri-tips, gourmet desserts and delicious side dishes. Every single tri-tip was juicy, tender and flavorful! It was definitely difficult to judge THE BEST and I’m pretty sure the results were very close. Congratulations to all the contestants for a wonderful feast!
